About Your Guides
Joanna Kowalewska
Since childhood, I have been captivated by the world of dreams, experiencing many powerful and transformative dreams throughout my life. These profound experiences inspired me to delve deeper into the study of dreams and their significance. After experiencing burnout in the high-tech industry, I turned to dreams, Yoga Nidra, and sound healing for solace and healing, marking the beginning of my journey into these restorative practices. My passion for dreams led me to study Dreamwork at the Institute for Dream Studies. As an active member and presenter for the International Association for the Study of Dreams, I have had the privilege of sharing my insights and learning from a global community of dream enthusiasts. I also host a podcast called "Dreaming the Light," where I explore how dreams can be our best friends in times of crisis. Recently, I contributed my experiences to the book "Divine Dreamers" as a co-author.
Noémie Monti
I first crossed paths with Yoga in 2016, and it's safe to say it's been love at first sight, for me at least. I had been experiencing chronic anxiety and what we'd call disorders for many years (some I knew about, some I didn't). It was the weirdest thing; I remember this impulse to try Yoga sort of came from nowhere, like an intuition, one day when I was working. Right after my first class, I thought to myself; "One day, I'll teach this as well, and I'll help people to get well, to feel better". Like many of us, my first passion was for Asana practice, but as the years went by, the spiritual practice of Yoga slowly and steadily grew on me. I love movement. Living in Barcelona has allowed me to cross paths with amazing spiritual guides and teachers. Today, I teach a slow and conscious hatha-vinyasa practice, trying to move organically, connecting our bodies and minds to the energies that move and surround us. Learning how to move and breathe has helped me to reconnect with my physical sensations, calming the anxiety down. The practice of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) came like a cherry on the cake. I always try to tailor all practices to the energy of the person, the place, or the group. Over the years, I've learned there is no finish line when learning about spiritual practices. Dream circles are open to everyone, regardless of their level of familiarity with dream interpretation. 1. Can I join the AUM Retreat if I have no experience in yoga or dreamwork?Absolutely!💓The AUM Retreat is designed to welcome participants of all experience levels. Whether you're new to yoga, dreamwork, or any of our other practices, Noemie & Joanna will guide you gently through each session. Our goal is to provide a supportive environment where everyone can explore and benefit from these practices, regardless of prior experience.

What should I bring to the retreat?We recommend bringing comfortable clothing suitable for yoga and movement practices, a swimsuit if you plan to use the pool, and any personal items you may need for relaxation, such as a journal or a favorite book. We also suggest packing layers for varying temperatures and any personal snacks or dietary supplements if you have specific needs.
