Why I Created This Course
I grew up in a deeply religious household—one that didn’t allow for self-expression, where dreams were dismissed and the inner voice wasn’t something to be trusted. For years, I felt repressed, like I had to fit into a life that wasn’t truly mine.
Eventually, I left my home country in search of something more honest—my truth, my path, my way of living. I didn’t come from privilege. I had no roadmap, no safety net—only a quiet knowing that there had to be more. I traveled the world solo, followed the call of my intuition, and step by step, began creating a life that felt like mine.
What truly supported me on that journey weren’t external answers, but deep, quiet practices: dreamwork, yoga, and meditation.
These tools helped me access the clarity I was seeking, reconnect with my intuition, and build a life aligned with who I really am—running my own heart-led business, married to the love of my life, and living in a place that feels like home.
This course is my way of sharing everything that helped me get here.

Dream circles are open to everyone, regardless of their level of familiarity with dream interpretation. Whether you're new to exploring dreams or have some background, you'll find a welcoming space where you can learn from others and share your unique perspective.

1. Can I join the AUM Retreat if I have no experience in yoga or dreamwork?Absolutely!💓The AUM Retreat is designed to welcome participants of all experience levels. Whether you're new to yoga, dreamwork, or any of our other practices, Noemie & Joanna will guide you gently through each session. Our goal is to provide a supportive environment where everyone can explore and benefit from these practices, regardless of prior experience.

What should I bring to the retreat?We recommend bringing comfortable clothing suitable for yoga and movement practices, a swimsuit if you plan to use the pool, and any personal items you may need for relaxation, such as a journal or a favorite book. We also suggest packing layers for varying temperatures and any personal snacks or dietary supplements if you have specific needs.

I’m Joanna—a former high-tech manager turned guide for inner exploration. Certified in Dreamwork, Yoga Nidra, and Breath-Body-Mind I’ve dedicated myself to helping individuals reconnect with their inner wisdom through rest, reflection, and the healing power of dreams.
As the founder of Blue Lotus Queendom, host of Dreaming the Light podcast, and co-author of Divine Dreamers, I’m passionate about creating spaces where people can slow down, listen inward, and uncover the insights already within them.
