Hi, I'm Joanna, an ex-high-tech manager 👋🏻
Having led a large international team in the high-pressure world, I know firsthand the toll that burnout, exhaustion, and feeling stuck can take on both individuals and organizations After navigating these challenges myself, I’m back in the corporate space, but this time, I’m wearing a new hat—one focused on well-being and resilience. My renewed purpose is to offer a workshop that helps others truly rest and reset (spoiler: scrolling and Netflix won’t cut it) and build a solid foundation for genuine change amidst the fast-paced demands of modern work life.

As the founder of Blue Lotus Queendom, the voice behind the Dreaming the Light podcast, and co-author of Divine Dreamers, I’m passionate about transforming the way we approach well-being.
